By completing the shipping form, you confirm your agreement to the Sponsored Campaign Participation Agreement outlined below:

Obligation to Complete Tasks
You agree to complete the agreed-upon influencer tasks as outlined on the campaign page. This includes (but is not limited to):

• – Posting content on the specified platform(s) according to the campaign task requirements stated on the campaign page.
  • – Meeting deadlines for content submission or publication.
  • – Adhering to the brand’s content guidelines.

Responsibility for Receiving Sponsored Products
The influencer is responsible for ensuring they receive the product from the courier on time. Any additional costs incurred for failed deliveries, such as redelivery fees, customs duties, or other courier-related expenses, must be covered by the influencer.

Responsibility for Sponsored Products
The influencer is responsible for keeping the merchant’s product in the same condition as it was shipped in order to fulfill the social media posting requirements. If the product is not maintained as required, the influencer may be responsible for covering the shipping fee to return the product as well as another delivery.

Failure to Complete Tasks
If the agreed tasks are not completed:

• You may be required to return the sponsored product at your own expense.
• The brand reserves the right to invoice you for the retail value of the product provided.
• Non-compliance may result in termination of the collaboration and exclusion from future Starnet campaigns.

Ownership of Sponsored Products
The product remains the property of the brand until all tasks are completed as agreed. Ownership is only transferred upon successful fulfillment of the influencer obligations.

Shipping Fees
The campaign creator will cover the shipping fee for the sponsored product, unless otherwise stated in the campaign details.

Amendments and Termination
The brand reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the collaboration if tasks are not completed to the expected standard or within the specified timeline.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accepting the sponsored product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
