When you authenticate Starnet with your Google account, we request limited, specific permissions necessary to deliver the features of our application. We only access the following data:
- A. Google Ads API Services
- Data Accessed: We read your Google Ads account name to identify your connected account.
- How It Is Used: We use these permissions solely to allow you to upload and publish genmedia assets directly into your Google Ads Asset Library/Ad Set Library. We do not modify, manage, or view your budgets, campaigns, or performance analytics.
- B. YouTube API Services
- Data Accessed: We read your YouTube account name to identify your connected channel.
- How It Is Used: We use these permissions solely to upload and publish genmedia directly to your YouTube channel on your behalf. We do not access your channel metrics, comments, playlists, or other historical data.
Information We Access from Third-Party Services (Meta API)
When you authenticate Starnet with your social media platform, we request limited, specific permissions necessary to deliver the features of our application. We only access the following data:
- Data Accessed: We read your Facebook and Instagram account name and limited channel/page analytics necessary for publishing.
- How It Is Used: We use these permissions solely to upload and publish genmedia directly to your connected social media accounts on your behalf. We do not access your private messages, private posts, or use the analytics for any other purpose.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, primarily to enable user-directed media publishing to your connected platforms, troubleshoot platform errors, maintain security, and prevent fraudulent activity.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We do not share your information with third parties. We do not sell, lease, or distribute any user data or API-derived data to third-party tools, external servers, brokers, or external entities.

We take data protection and the security of your sensitive information very seriously. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data, and we use encryption to protect your information. Because Starnet is built and deployed securely on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), we enforce the following robust security mechanisms to protect your platform keys and data:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between Starnet, your browser, and Google API Services are strictly encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS).
- Encryption at Rest: Any sensitive tokens, account names, or configurations processed by our platform are securely isolated and encrypted at rest utilizing Google Cloud Platform’s default AES-256 encryption standards.
- Access Control: Internal access to our Google Cloud environment is strictly limited via robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, ensuring only authorized system configurations can interact with API tokens.
5. COMPLIANCE WITH GOOGLE “LIMITED USE” POLICY
Starnet’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- No Data Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your Google user data with any third-party tools, external servers, or marketing agencies.
- No Advertising Use: Your Google user data is never used to serve advertisements, profile users, or target promotional material.
- No AI Training: We strictly do not use your Google Ads data, YouTube data, or uploaded media assets to train, retrain, or fine-tune artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider (such as name and email address) strictly to authenticate your account layout. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. Specifically, we retain your account connection information for as long as you choose to keep your Google and Meta accounts linked to Starnet. You can disconnect or “sync off” your accounts at any time to immediately restrict active access.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by disconnecting your third-party channel integrations within the app or by contacting us using the contact details provided below.
Account Information
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and connected information from our active databases within 30 days.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

14. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information.To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please send an email request to: [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently purge all your connected records and API authorization tokens from our systems within 30 days.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
